The Ingleside Skate Park (not just for skaters) is a park featuring a soft gravel jogging track, several soccer/football fields - which are frequented by little league teams, and a full size covered black top basketball court.
Live Oak Park is the closest to Hundred Acre Wood that you will probably get to in South Texas. Though you won't find pooh bears or little bouncy tigers, you may run into the geese which frequent the lake, as well as various other bird species, and the occasional javelina.
